Mr Soroibe in an interview with Nigeria Newspoint newspaper on Monday .December 15, 2025, shortly after a tour of the guest house, stated that JulieMore Guest House came out to offer “unique services that are second to non in the hospitality industry through quality service delivery that cannot be found elsewhere.
He assured of the safety of the numerous guests and customers who patronize the guest house. According to him, the guest house has security men in addition to the 15 number security men from Egbelu Obube that patrol the place as well as a team of policemen from Agbala Police Station that he said, were always available.
Mr Cosmos pointed out that JulieMore Guest House has come to stay and has the capacity to render services to its numerous guests and customers even the ones that are being expected to flood Imo State in line with the momerandum of Understanding, MOU,
signed by Imo State Government and six oil/ Gas companies that are prospecting in the state, but have no operational offices in Imo, very soon, they are expected to open offices in imo state.
“A serene environment like the one offered by JulieMore Guests is their delight. They will benefit. JulieMore Guest House has plans for expansion having acquired the land behind the guest house,” he added.
Speaking also, the President General of Ngwoma Obube Autonomous Community,
